For compliance and audit purposes, the Broker is unable to release confidential information kits directly.

All information kit requests must be processed through our administration team.

Please do not contact the Broker directly by phone, SMS, or personal email to request an information kit or to advise that you have made payment.

The Broker is not involved in processing or issuing information kits, and all requests are handled exclusively by our administration team.

All requests must be submitted via kit@lpobrokers.com.au.

Confidential Information Kit

The next step in the process is to review the confidential information kit for the business. This kit contains the business's financial reports, Australia Post commission statements, and other sensitive documents required for your due diligence.

To protect vendor confidentiality and due to the highly sensitive nature of Australia Post financial data, we require a formal verification process for all prospective buyers. This verification process involves a small administration fee, which covers the costs of identity validation and the secure administrative processing of your information kit request.

Administration Fee

An administration fee of $15 is required to obtain an information kit.

Note: The $15 administration fee confirms your serious interest in this business and is non-refundable. Please review the business profile carefully before submitting your request.

This fee covers the administration involved in processing your confidential request.

Please note that the $15 fee applies to each individual information kit requested.

This "per-kit" policy is in place for two important reasons:

Each kit contains private financial data for a specific business. We have a duty of care to ensure this sensitive information is only released to buyers with a genuine interest in that particular business.

To Maintain a Serious Process
An information kit is intended for formal due diligence, not casual browsing. Similar to ordering a building inspection when purchasing a property, the report relates to one specific business.
